Prepare a 700 to 1,050-word paper in which you examine the foundations of psychology. In your paper be sure to address the following components:
a. Identify the major schools of thought in psychology and examine their major underlying assumptions.
b. Describe the biological foundations of psychology.
c. Please submit this assignment to your individual forum.

a. Prepare a 1,050 to 1,400-word paper in which you examine the application of psychology to workplace behaviors. As a part of this examination be sure to address following items:
1) Analyze the impact of the following on the work environment:
a) Human behavior
b) Perception and conflict
c) Bias and stereotyping
2) Describe the role of motivation in the work environment and determine who is responsible for fostering motivation in the work environment.
3) For each one of the learning team members’ organizations, describe at least one workplace issue (e.g., conflict between two employees, perceived biases in organizational polices) that exists in the organization and how psychological research findings, theories, or models can be used to improve the issue.
b. Be sure to use a minimum of three sources in your paper to support your assertions.
c. Submit it to the team forum

Prepare a 1,050 to 1,400-word paper in which you examine basic concepts of human interaction from a psychology perspective. In your examination, describe at least two examples of how human behavior changes based on social situations. In your description be sure to address the following:
i. Describe the specific behaviors.
ii. Describe the context in which the behaviors occurred.
iii. Analyze precursors and consequences of the behaviors in terms of social psychology concepts.
iv. Identify any associated phenomenon (e.g., social faciltation, social loafing, group think) with your selected behaviors.
v. Determine if the exhibited behaviors necessitate therapeutic intervention.
Be sure to properly cite your reference(s) in your paper, per APA guidelines.
