Introduction: In this lesson, you learned about the personal leadership skills and abilities that business leaders need to be successful. The purpose of this essay is to demonstrate your understanding of how business leaders apply the concepts and principles of leadership to make prudent decisions in their business environments.

Deliverables: The essay for this lesson is required to be a minimum of 750 words that clearly demonstrate your understanding of the lesson competency. Essays should have a clear introduction, thesis statement and conclusion, written in APA format (APAstyle.org). A minimum of three sources must be cited in-text and in the Reference list.
