There are so many fast-food chains and quick-service restaurants that are highly popular, such as McDonald’s, which plays down an organization’s competitive advantage. Another unattractive feature is the nature of the consumer population. A diverse consumer population necessitates the innovativeness of organizations to present a menu that is new, but at the same time appealing to them.
It is a great challenge which requires much time and effort. However, with the company culture of Back Yard Burgers Inc. , it is perceived that it will be able to weather all these challenges.
