From the volume of the HCl aliquot and the known concentration

Question
1. From the volume of the HCl aliquot and the known concentration, calculate the number of moles of acid that reacted in the neutralization reaction.

HCl + NaOH –> NaCl H2O

V HCl = 5.0 mL or 0.005 L
M HCl = 0.1000 N
moles reacted = ?

My question is, the concentration is give in “Normal” where I am used to seeing “M” molarity. So I am confused as to how to do this.
Then from this:

2. Use the equation for the reaction to calculate the average number of moles of base that are used in the neutralization reaction.
3. Determine the concentration of the sodium hydroxide solution, if the average volume used during titration was 4.9 mL
