Produce a TOWS chart based on your SFAS in section 1, and include it in this section of your paper. Brainstorm possible actions that could strengthen the company. Be sure to include the factors you stated needed to be addressed in the SFAS. Refer to the factors you are addressing, what actions the company could take using these factors, and what you would expect to happen if each suggestion was implemented.
