Purebread is a family bakery established in Whistler, BC. They have bakery have a number of locations: two in Whistler and three in Vancouver. As a social media marketing consultant, you have been asked by Purebread to review and make recommendations with respect to their social media marketing planning.

In short, a user can create a post that challenges Purebread to make the same thing, if not better. They aren’t sure how to roll this out. Explain how you think they could do this, including where they will host it, moderation, the submission process and how to promote it.
4.Marketers use virtual communities in different ways to support a business. Describe two new virtual community options Purebread could use and how it would work.
5.When it comes to KPI’s, social media needs to deliver results. Discuss three performance indicators of social media and how these can translate into results for Purebread.
