This assignment is divided by two step:
1. Write a one-page paper defining the background of the Steve Van Doren (Vans Shoes owner), why you think he is successful, identify their leadership style, level of creativity and innovation, and future plans for their business. Share what characteristics the entrepreneur has that you believe you have as a potential entrepreneur.
2. Write one paragraph about an Online Skate Shop and why the specific leadership style you discussed on the first step makes sense for your business.
The paper should be a minimum of 1-1/2 pages in length.
The paper should follow all of the APA format including a cover page, a minimum of 2 supporting sources, and a reference page making the total paper a minimum of 3-1/2 pages.
