program you believe is missing from the company you chose. Explain in detail why
you think the company has a good ethical reputation in spite of this
deficiency.
Assume you are the owner of a midsized company and you are planning to start
an ethics program in your company. List the five most important elements you
would include in your ethics program. Explain in detail how each element you
listed would help to ensure ethical behavior throughout the company.
